Processing Time:
The "Shipping Date" for each design is provided on the product page.
We usually ship within 1-3 business days when the order is ready.
We ship to the following countries:
North America: United Stated of America, Canada & Mexico
Europe: Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
Asia: China, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, Macau SAR, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan,
Oceania: Australia and New Zealand
Shipping and Delivery Options:
Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Standard (3-6 business days): Free
- Express (2-3 business days): $25
International Shipping:
- Standard (2-4 weeks): $20
- Express (1-2 weeks): $49
Shipping Restrictions:
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. AS such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
Delayed Orders:
in the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the iterm's status.
Canellations:
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about cancelling an order, please contact us.
Signature Requirement:
All FedEx and USPS Priority Mail shipments require a signature upon delivery.
Customs Duties:
We will calculate custom duties at checkout based on the order destination/country.
